Women's sports are thriving in Columbus & the 2027 NCAA Women's Final Four is another exciting chapter in that story.

Home to Ohio State Athletics, a growing professional women's sports scene, & a passionate community of fans, Columbus has become a place where women athletes are celebrated & supported year-round. From packed watch parties and local businesses that champion the game to the arrival of a National Women's Soccer League club, the energy here continues to grow.

That momentum has inspired a citywide vision. Mayor Andrew Ginther and community leaders have set an ambitious goal for Columbus to become the nation's capital for women's sports, bringing together organizations, businesses, athletes, & fans to grow participation, fandom, and opportunities for women and girls.

We're proud to call Columbus home, & we can't wait to welcome fans from across the country to experience everything our city has to offer during women's basketball's biggest weekend.
